Gift Ideas
Favorite things
Now I know this might not be as extensive as Oprah’s favorite things list, but I came up with things I use or love already. I think these would all make great gifts. The list is kind of random, but maybe it will at least get your mind going to come up with gifts for people in your life.
Each picture has the link attached, so if you happen to buy from that link I might get a small kick back.
Really, I just hope it gives you some good ideas.
Number 1. Weighted Neck heating pad.
Now you might think wow, this sounds like an old lady gift. But let me just tell you as someone who has constant neck and shoulder pain, this guy is my relaxing friend. Plus it’s cold in Colorado, I’m all about warm cozy things around my neck.
Number 2. Vintage Games
We love playing games at our house, and I think these vintage boxes that hold various games are so cute. They have endless games to choose from.
You can buy multiples games or each individually.
Number 3. Classic Books that are classy
I just love a beautiful book. They have endless classics to choose from. I think it’s such a fun gift if you know someones favorite classic title.
Number 4. Kindle Reader
I linked two different kinds of kindle readers. With two price points. Years ago I swore I would never anything but an actual book. But I was wrong to write the reader off. I now read various ways, listening, holding a wonderful thick page turning novel, but also the Kindle. It is so handy! The battery lasts for so long, great for travel, or at the pool. I really love mine.
Kindle Paperwhite, 16GB E-Reader
Another option is the 2024 Kindle, 16GB, which a bit less, also sometimes these go on sale for Prime days and black friday.
Number 5. Hydrojug 40 0z
Ok, I know, what a mom gift, but I love mine. I wanted one that had a straw but doesn’t leak. This one does the trick. I can throw it in my bag and I won’t have 40 ounces of water all over my car when I arrive at work.
They have pretty colors to choose from too.
Number 6. Reading light
Do you love to read in bed like me? This light is rechargeable, LED clip light with three colors that are eaier on your eyes for reading at night.
Number 7. Family Trivia Games
My daughter went through a phase where every time we sat down to dinner we asked trivia questions. So much so that we all started remembering the answers and had to stop playing with that deck of questions for awhile.
There are many options, sometimes it’s fun to just get the easy deck of questions and ask when you are hanging out together.
Number 8: The item on every Christmas list, Slippers!
I love Ugg’s, but sometimes I need to spend less. These Koolabura by Ugg are a good compromise. I have also put a few other options below as well, for all budgets.
Number 9. Watercolor book
I’m not good at slowing down. My daughter has taught me this art, with puzzles and watercolor. This book look so pretty. I think it would be a sweet gift.
Number 10. Cozy Sweater
There are ENDLESS cozy sweaters on Amazon. But this one had good reviews and it looks so soft and pretty. I am always cold in our house so I love in sweaters for 6 months of the year.
Hope you enjoy my small list of holiday gift ideas.
Happy shopping!
